EU-Too: Young people on Air is a project which received funding by the European Commission within the Youth in Action Programme Action 4.5.
It focuses on the participation of young people by enhancing their direct involvement in the shaping and dissemination activity of information on European Citizenship. The project will ask young people (as active European Citizens) to produce and deliver quality information on relevant social issues identified by 1000 young people of 10 Eu countries (Addictions, Immigration, Environmental Risks and Poverty and Social Exclusion).
Participants will first join non-formal training focused on how to use media in order to promote and inform young people and civil society about the selected topics. Subsequently young people, together with local Tv channels/networks will work on the development of a Tv format and of 3 Tv episodes focused on 4 topics (Environmental risks, addictions, immigration, poverty and social exclusion).
